2. Ordering Process

2.1 Personalized Items:
– All personalization details must be provided accurately at checkout.
– Little Luxe is not responsible for errors in spelling, dates, or details provided by the customer.
– Once confirmed, personalized orders cannot be changed or canceled.

2.2 Non-Personalized Items:
– May be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

3. Payment

– All prices are in AED unless otherwise stated.
– Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Stripe, and Bank Transfer.
– Orders will only be processed once payment is received in full.

4. Production & Delivery

4.1 Personalized Items:
– Production times vary depending on the product and will be displayed at checkout.
– Delivery timelines start after the production period is complete.

4.2 Non-Personalized Items:
– Dispatched within 24 hours if in stock.

4.3 Delivery Coverage:
We deliver across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
– Same-day delivery in Dubai for orders placed before 12 PM.
– Next-day delivery to other Emirates.
– Free delivery for orders above AED 250.

5. Shipping & Handling

– Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
– We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs clearance for international orders.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Personalized Items:
– Due to their custom nature, these items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

6.2 Non-Personalized Items:
– Returnable within 14 days if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

– For personalized items: Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
– For non-personalized items: Notify us within 14 days of receipt.
– We may request photos to assess the issue before approving a replacement or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

– All designs, images, product concepts, and text remain the property of Little Luxe UAE.
– Copying or reproducing our designs, including Birth Stat Plushies, without written consent is strictly prohibited.
